Directions: pre-heat oven 350 degrees, place sausauge on cookie sheet; bake for 20 mins until a little more than half way cooked. take out cool down. Set a side.
Cut peppers into strips also onions place in large pan; add all ingredients then cut sausage into bite sized pieces and add, mix well bake until peppers/onions/mushrooms are to your satisfaction. Enjoy!
Directions: Add chicken broth and half quart of water to dutch oven and bring to boil. Meanwhile, sautee ground sausage in skillet till just cooked or slightly browned (Note: you make the call, the less cooked the more sausage flavor in the soup, but never add RAW meat to soup). Once broth is boiling, add onion, cauliflower and spinach. Bring broth to a second boil and then put in sausage and onion powder. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 20 mins. Serve over rice or pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese (can also add sliced cooked carrots).
